The Ribolla Gialla Sparkling 'Mirandolina' by Spolert is born on the hills of Prepotto from a sparkling wine produced in autoclave using the Martinotti method to preserve the fruit's fragrance, a technique that is increasingly common and well-suited to enhance this grape variety. On the nose, it reveals aromas of green apple and bread crust, with white rose and acacia flower on hints of grapefruit and cedar. On the palate, it is fresh and thirst-quenching, with a savory vein and delicate bubbles. A native sparkling wine of great pleasure, perfect as an aperitif or alongside raw shrimp.
