The Gavi ‘Cortem’ by Fontanafredda is a white wine from the south-eastern Piemonte, home to some of the best wines made from Cortese grapes. The gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation in steel preserve the integrity and aromatic precision, ideal characteristics for such a fresh and light white. The olfactory profile recalls acacia flowers, fresh lemon, and green apple, while on the palate it develops full, fresh, and savory, with a smooth and clean drink.
