Champagne Nature 1er Cru 'De Craie' Laherte Freres

The Champagne Nature Premier Cru 'De Craie' by Laherte Freres comes from the Côte des Blancs and is the offspring of old vines planted between 1960 and 1987 in Vertus and Voipreux, where gypsum emerges on the surface. The winery selects only the heart of the pressing, ferments the must in barrique, and does not add sulfur or dosage, for a pure expression of the territory. On the nose, notes of white flowers and citrus emerge. The sip is taut, fresh, and mineral, supported by a very fine perlage. Perfect with a plate of natural oysters.
