Cava Brut Sogas Mascaro

The Cava Brut by Sogas Mascaró is born in the heart of Alt Penedès, from a winery active in Vilafranca since 1910. The style combines the Spanish tradition of Cava with the experience gained by the current owner in Champagne. By choice of the winery, only the free-run juice obtained from the first pressings of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada is used in all labels. On the nose, it is fresh and clean, with aromas of toasted almond and hints of bakery pastry. On the palate, the entry is soft with a fine and well-integrated bubble, while the sip is round and balanced, with a juicy finish. Perfect with a fruit tart
