The 'White Side of the Moon' Domaine des Canailles is a fresh and fragrant white wine produced in Beaujolais based on Chardonnay. The aging takes place for a small part in wood, which gives the wine roundness and body, well balanced by a nice acidity and a pleasant savory vein. Rich, soft, and very fragrant, it lends itself to gastronomic pairings, especially with fish dishes or vegetarian first courses.
