The Alta Langa Pas Dosé Riserva 'Special Cuvée' by Contratto is born in one of the oldest wineries in Italy producing the classic method. This special selection is obtained from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the high-altitude vineyards of Bossolasco, about 700 meters above sea level, and rests for over 90 months on the lees before disgorgement and bottling, without dosage. On the nose, it reveals a mature and citrus profile, with candied orange peel, bergamot cookies, and an intriguing vertical profile of aromatic herbs.
